1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and by submitting your contact information to request cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
2. Scope of Services
Crest House Cleaning Service LLC provides residential house cleaning services in the north side of Colorado Springs, including north of Powers Boulevard, Woodmen Road, Briargate, Wolf Ranch, Cordera, Stetson Hills and surrounding areas. Service is available Monday through Friday; no weekend cleanings unless prior agreement is made.
3. Contact Form & Service Requests
When you fill out our contact form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will use that information to respond to your inquiry, schedule an appointment, and perform cleaning services.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for each cleaning service is due on the same day the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: cash, check
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Cancelling the Service Agreement
If a client chooses to end their recurring cleaning agreement entirely (i.e., stop working with us for all future cleanings), either the client or the service provider may do so at any time, for any reason, without incurring a cancellation fee.
5.2. Cancelling or Rescheduling a Scheduled Cleaning Appointment
Because time, travel and preparation are involved in each cleaning visit, the following rules apply to cancelling or rescheduling individual scheduled cleanings:
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• If a cancellation or change is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled cleaning amount will apply.
• Cancellations must be communicated by phone, text or email using the contact details provided.
Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of recurring‑service status or requirement for pre‑payment.
5.3. Service Provider Cancellation
If we (the service provider) must cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment for any reason, we will notify the client as soon as possible and will reschedule at the earliest convenient time — no cancellation fee will apply to the client.
5.4. No‑Show / Unreachable Policy
If the cleaner arrives for the scheduled appointment and the client is unreachable, not prepared for service, or access is not granted, the full scheduled amount may be charged as if the appointment were cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
5.5. Your Acknowledgment
By engaging our services and scheduling a cleaning appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this cancellation policy and agree to the terms set forth above.
6. Service Area Limitation
We reserve the right to decline services outside the designated service area or to apply additional fees if the location is outside our normal operating zones.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While we use professional cleaning methods and equipment, Crest House Cleaning Service LLC cannot guarantee that every stain or wear‑and‑tear is removed. We are not responsible for pre‑existing conditions or damage that arise outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated version on our Site. Your continued use of the Site or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
